Just Come and Bee was created from lived experience, reflection, and a deep belief that people thrive when they feel safe, understood, and supported rather than labelled or fixed.
My name is Mark, and my passion for wellbeing and mentoring support comes from my own life experiences, and personal development readings and studies. I know first hand how overwhelming life can feel when emotions run high, when stress builds quietly, or when past experiences shape how we respond to the world around us. I also know how powerful the right support can be when it is calm, respectful, and grounded in real understanding.
Today, Just Come and Bee supports individuals and families through 1 to 1 mentoring sessions delivered online across the UK, including many people based in Hillingdon, Uxbridge, Harrow, Wembley, Watford, Bushey and Slough.
My journey into wellbeing and mentoring began through personal challenges and experiences that required me to understand myself, my emotional triggers, and how early experiences can continue to influence adult life.
Like many people, I did not need someone to diagnose me. I needed space, consistency, and guidance that helped me feel safe enough to reflect, regulate, and move forward. That experience shaped everything Just Come and Bee stands for today.
This work is about walking alongside people, not above them.
This experience shaped the calm, structured 1 to 1 mentoring approach that Just Come and Bee offers today.
Understanding behaviour through experience, not blame
Trauma informed support recognises that behaviour is often a response to lived experiences rather than a problem to be corrected. Many emotional reactions, shutdowns, or moments of overwhelm make sense when we look at what someone has lived through rather than what they are doing on the surface.
A key part of this understanding includes awareness of Adverse Childhood Experiences, often referred to as ACEs. These early life experiences can shape how safe we feel, how we respond to stress, and how our nervous system reacts long into adulthood.
This approach is practical, compassionate, and grounded in everyday life.
These principles guide the 1 to 1 mentoring and wellbeing support offered to individuals and families across the UK, including clients in Hillingdon, Uxbridge, Harrow, Wembley, Watford, Bushey and Slough.
Emotional safety is always the first priority, providing a calm and supportive space to begin.
By recognising triggers and patterns, we can better understand what shapes your experiences and reactions.
We focus on developing self-regulation skills so you can manage emotional responses with greater ease and confidence.
We work to reduce overwhelm early, helping prevent difficult moments from building into crisis.
