About Just Come and Bee

Trauma informed 1 to 1 mentoring

Who We Are

A personal journey rooted in understanding, not judgement

Just Come and Bee was created from lived experience, reflection, and a deep belief that people deserve to be heard, validated, and supported by somebody who genuinely understands.

The work is firmly grounded in a trauma informed approach — shaped by personal experience and extensive professional development training. As a certified Trauma Informed Practitioner, this approach combines real-world understanding with practical skills, and draws from a broad range of evidence-based modalities used in therapeutic and mentoring settings.

Calm, safe 1-to-1 mentoring support is available in person or online through 1to1 mentoring sessions delivered online across the UK, with many clients joining from Hillingdon, Uxbridge, Harrow, Wembley, Watford, Bushey and Slough.

Why I Do

Support shaped by lived experience

My own journey has been one of growth through challenge — learning to regulate emotion, navigate complex relationships, and use real-life experience as the foundation for supporting others with honesty, empathy, and lived experience that continues to build personal understanding.

Life has taken many difficult and often painful twists. Personal losses, breakdowns, and guidance that helped me build skills to manage emotions, rebuild, and move forward. These experiences were not always positive, but they gave purpose and direction through honesty.

This work is about serving alongside people, not above them.

A trauma informed approach

Understanding behaviour. Through experience, not theory.

Trauma informed support recognises that behind every difficult emotion or behaviour, there is a story. It asks 'what happened to you?' instead of 'what is wrong with you?' and creates a safe, non-judgemental foundation for understanding, processing, and growth that builds greater self-trust and self-awareness. That thing that's been on your mind — it matters here, and deserves to be heard.

This approach is rooted in calm, structured, and genuine tools that can be used in everyday life.

Support at Just Come and Bee focuses on:

Creating emotional safety first

This is not a 'fix it' approach — it starts with building trust, stability, and a safe space to begin.

Understanding triggers and patterns

Helping you see how past experiences, learned responses, and emotional patterns shape your experience.

Building self regulation skills

Practical strategies to self-regulate at times of emotional distress and manage emotional responses with confidence.

Preventing overwhelm from reaching crisis points

Working early, finding practical strategies and coping tools before things escalate.

Not clinical. Not medical.

Human.

Support that feels real and accessible

I am not a therapist, clinician, or medical professional, and this work is not counselling or diagnosis. Instead, it's something just as powerful: a quiet, honest space built on experience, reflection, and trauma informed understanding.

Because we've been through real experiences, we are well placed to offer the same honest, grounded, caring, and patient mentoring style. Everything delivered in bite-sized, helpful chunks that you can build into your daily support at a comfortable pace, even facing the challenges of supporting a neurodiverse child.

A quiet, steady space. Just Come and Be with No Rush. No pressure. Just Empathy and support. This support offered through Just Come and Bee is delivered in a short course, not a lengthy practice.
