One-to-one trauma informed mentoring
One-to-one mentoring is the heart of Just Come and Bee. Each session is a calm, private conversation with one aim: helping you understand what is happening beneath the surface, so you can respond to life with more steadiness and less overwhelm.
Sessions are personalised and unhurried. There is no fixed script and no pressure to share more than feels right. Together we look at self regulation, emotional awareness, and the practical coping tools that actually hold up in everyday life. Over time, the sessions build safety, trust and steady progress rather than quick fixes.
Everything happens online, so you can join from wherever you feel most comfortable. Many clients join from Hillingdon, Uxbridge, Harrow and the surrounding towns, and many more from right across the UK.

What a session looks like
- A full 60 minutes, held at a pace that suits you
- Delivered online, with nothing to install beyond a video call
- Focused on your goals: regulation, confidence, boundaries, or simply space to think
- Practical between-session tools you can use straight away
- Consistent support from the same mentor, every time
Who this support is for
People come to one-to-one mentoring for many reasons. Some feel overwhelmed, on edge or emotionally worn down. Some notice repeating patterns, triggers or reactions that feel hard to shift. Others are carrying stress from home, work or relationships, or want help with confidence, boundaries and self worth.
This is trauma informed, non-medical support. It is not therapy, counselling, diagnosis or treatment, and it never pretends to be. It sits alongside those services as practical, person-centred mentoring: understanding what sets off the overwhelm, and learning what helps you come back to balance.
If this sounds like what you have been looking for, the first step is a free 20-minute consultation. It is a relaxed, honest chat about what support might look like, with no obligation to continue.
Common questions
Is mentoring the same as therapy?
No. Mentoring is non-medical support focused on practical wellbeing: understanding your responses, building coping tools and moving forward with more confidence. It does not diagnose or treat, and if your needs sit beyond mentoring we will say so honestly.
How long is a session, and how often do we meet?
Sessions last 60 minutes. Frequency is agreed together in your consultation, based on what you want from the support and the pace that feels sustainable for you.
Do I need to be in a particular area?
No. Sessions are online, so you can join from anywhere in the UK. The free 20-minute consultation works the same way.
